The last time that I went to Disneyland in March 2007 I saw a Capt. Jack Sparrow in costume and I heard about a year ago that they don't have him anymore because they stirred up too much excitement. Is this true? Is the captain really gone?
"Well I don't know about you folks, but it's way past my bedtime."

Re: Any more Captain Sparrows?
The best that I can tell, is that yes, most unfortunately, for the time being, Captain Jack will not be back. Now, when he sets sail on his next great adventure, he will at some point, return to Pirates Lair. And will be ready to entertain all, if he should so decide to do so. Otherwise, silence! I had seen the Capt. at times,in the past. I did not approach him though, because there were too many scalawags in my way. I am hoping to meet him at some point.
Disneyland, if you are reading this .........please bring back our dearly beloved Capt. Jack. I promise to keep him from drinking too much rum. Well on the job anyway .......
