Disneyland '59 Documentary

To commemorate the Monorail, Matterhorn and Submarine Voyage's 50th Anniversary, I thought I'd pull out a little something I did a few years back.

This was a school project I put together back in 2007 (which explains the outdated info!). The purpose was to explain an event that was important, who was involved, and what happened. Naturally I chose Disneyland as the subject and what happened 50 years ago today seemed to work. This documentary I put together (narrated by my Uncle) covers the big three 1959 attractions, shows their concept, construction, opening, updates and why they are important.

Enjoy!

The stuff at the beginning is from the Epcot program and the video of the opening is from Kodak Presents Disneyland '59 (both on DVD). These were recorded off the TV screen, before I knew how to rip DVD's!

Re: Disneyland '59 Documentary

So cool! I love the narration. Your uncle should be a narrator for a TV show and you should be editor.
