The room w/ spikes in Indy. pull the bamboo and the room "sounds" like the roof is coming down (amazing how many don't know about that)

Walt Disney's apartment above the Main Street USA Fire Department. The light always on.
Matterhorn's own basketball court.
Star Tours queue, where there are baskets filled with popular pop culture junk from the 1980's.

The (very obvious) "hidden" Mickey in the brick wall on the POTC...

Oh yeah! Add to the list:
The remains of the foundation of the House of the Future near Pixie Hollow...

And don't forget to tell them how to spot a Plaid and the probable celebrity in tow...
how do you aquire A death certificate

And of course, the Lilly Belle and its ceremonial souvenier ticket...
You ask a castmember when loading onto the doombuggies and they will have one for you when you get off.
Not true! I don't know if you're being facetious, but just so that myth doesn't get spread any further, I just want to remind y'all that the basketball hoop was installed because CMs wanted to be able to play basketball, not because it was needed to qualify the structure as a sports facility.
You're right Datameister. If you go to snopes.com, and search matterhorn and basketball court, you can get the scoop.
Foremost is the details. On canal boats you see the tiny flower pots, laundry and a cemetery. Each land has a different theming including plants, architecture, light fixtures, bathrooms, and trash cans. Look at the drain spout at Toad Hall for example and how it fits into the theme. Star Tours has bits of junk from other rides and some inside jokes or references. Matterhorn has the climbing stuff that refers to Wells who was part of the DLR early history. Can you find out who the mayor of Disneyland is? Try the window at City Hall.
Marceline Hotel is on the cross street on the east side of Main Street. Sometimes you can hear the dentist drilling there. Maybe you want to get some picoting done above the Blue Ribbon Bakery. There are sites that list who is who in the windows. Do not forget to set a spell in the porch of the former Maxwells House of Bras. lol financially desperate Walt ended up with a bra shop on his turn of the century Main Street.
