Just kidding haha. I hope you understand camera talk because here I go:
What I do is keep the ISO somewhere from 400-800, make the aperure or f-stop a higher number (in turn making the aperture smaller and letting in less light), and then I lengthen the amount of the time the aperture remains open as to let in more light, detail, and consequently blur moving objects through adjusting the shutter speed. That is pretty much it.
