As we all know, there’s been a lot of controversy on this forum over the addition of animated Disney characters to attractions like “it’s a small world” and the treehouse in Adventureland. The idea of this thread is (not to debate those again , but instead…) to imagine the “even worse” animated film overlays that we’ve managed to avoid in the real park. Just for laughs and chills.
This was inspired by one of my random stray thoughts: What if Big Thunder Mountain had received a Home on the Range overlay?
The quasi-realistic animals replaced by stiff plastic ‘toons. The squealing of the bats replaced by piglets belching. The rainbow caverns filled with Technicolor hypnotized cattle. The dynamite eating goat replaced by a grumpy goat that says, “Here comes the part where we all get eaten.” The cave-in scene caused by Alameda Slim’s yodeling. The ride concluding with Maggie’s voice saying, “If that was the mine train, this town rocks!” The exit emptying into a barn-shaped gift shop.
