Having just come back from WDW and seeing the Country Bear Jamboree for the first time in who knows how long. I can definitely say that they don't have a place in California Adventure. You can create another AA show with AA bears, but it would need different bears and different music in order to fit the CA theme.

Does anybody know what the structure in the Timon lot is going to be? My guess (and it's probably a wrong one) is to house the new red cars. But I am probably way off on that one.

I'm guessing Red Car Roundhouse. It MAY be a new parade building. That would be nice. I hate that ugly one next to the Screamin' Station.

Is the ORIGINAL parade barn behind Screamin still there? If so, is it in use?

Also excited about today's milestone.......last bits of the old DL parking lot (Timon lot more recently) has closed for good. hooray for progress. Now just another week before the Orange Stinker takes its last spin.

And according to mousetimes, the new black metal towers in the lake area are going to be the lighthouses, and there's tape on them that supports that as well.

Well, no time next year. Or the year after that. But the year after that. Then, Phase 1 is done at least.

I think it will be pretty much all wrapped up by mid-summer 2012 with just details and a few minor things after that.

They want Carsland to open with the film in 2012 so they have a deadline there. TLM is set to be done in 2 years (2011). WoC and PP will be done by next spring/summer. Not sure on Buena Vista street since that project has changed start dates so many times.
