It's a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah...Tip for Today!
And most times, both spellings are correct as far as writing goes. Theater or theatre, color or colour. I personally prefer many of the proper spellings from across the pond because they actually ring truer to the pronounciation. Anyways, the point is kind of moot, I guess, seeing as the word is part of a title and therefore should be spelled as according to the marketing.
Women, they make the highs higher and the lows more frequent.

This looks to be another pretty big week for DCA.
The Stinger closes, The Golden Dreams theatre comes down and the 2nd installment of Blue Sky Cellar opens.
All things to be pretty excited about.
Not a fan of the Parachute drop I must say.. Hopefully its an abandoned concept, we will find out on the 16th what may take its place though!
What a week! I must say I am pretty happy about the progress. Especially when Blue Sky Cellar opens!

"If you want breakfast in bed sleep in the kitchen!"
what exhibits can we expect to see in the new cellar?
will the big paradise pier model stay or be replaced? obviously the boardwalk games are going to be replaced along with all the fun wheel stuff.
The Model is the BSC was for presentation purposes, it even said that in the plaque next to it. What does that mean? It means that everything in that model was pure blue sky especially since half the stuff represented hasn't happened and probably will not happen.
I am a neurovariant so at times I pick up things and end up usimg them in my writing and/or speech. I used to spend a lot of time online with Aussies and Brits so I picked up a lot of their spelling habits that come out when I am tired, sorry for upsetting some people so much with my oopsy.
I think it is sad that someone should spend energy correcting the spelling of people and not focus what this thread is about. And thank you to those who looked around the spelling and gave their opinions which are very good points.
I was at DCA by the Golden Zephyr and the rocks are a nice touch to what would have been blank walls.
I rediscovered a picture of my grandmother and my grandfathger along with my Aunt in 1923. It was in a studio and in the back ground is a roller coaster, dance hall, and ferris wheel. If I had known Darkbeer was going to be there I could of loaned it to him to scan. It looks a lot like Paradise Pier. I spent time on the internet looking at old psrk postcards and Paradise Pier does at times look like them old time parks.

Sunnyside Park in the 1920's in Toronto.
Shocking news for me is that they allow bathing suits in the parks. Security guard lady said that even though the kid was 10 years old probably that swim suits are allowed in the parks.
I used the far right elevator for Tower of Terror and what a long twisting exit. At least I got to see that they had the far left line open which is the stairs that go up two flights I think but not sure so that is one debate solved.
Sat on the front row and far right of Soarin' which is where I seen that Soarin' has these marks on the screen it looks like, not sure what it is b ut that does need fixing.
Taste Pilot Grill served regular fries instead of criss cross fries today.
