I have a feeling it will considering a lot of the wire will be exposed because it's above the water level.

Agreed. I'm thinking this will be mainly the lights filling trees/bushes around the area as well as lights lining building rooflines. Based on what I see on their site.

Why replace something that's been packing in guests for 17 years? This show is as old as I am, and I still love to see it. It's a classic. Sure, they might need to upgrade it again, maybe with new villans, or some minor stuff, but why fix something that (in the grand scheme of things) isn't broke? And I bet everyone's gonna still bag on this comment due to the fact that the biggest upgrade is still down. Oh well, you get what I mean right?

I talked with some Imagineers when I was there last Saturday and that "Beer Garden" is out. It will serve alcohol, but not going to be just a Beer Garden it will be themed to something else.

A couple months ago Blue Sky Disney reported that it would be a grill, but would be themed to the Victorian Era. I can't wait to see them start work on it!

I totally get what you are saying. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Fantasmic! and I do hope that when Murphy debuts it will pack a punch that will let me be at ease knowing it will be around for a while.

If it does, it will be a reminder of the Paradise Pier v.1.

I would like to see all the turquoise painted a dark red color that matches TSMM's colors on the railings and such.

Maybe its time for Fantasmic 2.0? Not just replacing pieces, but coming up with a new script simmiler to the old? That would go well with the WOC launch. I can hear the TV adds. "Come to the Disneyland Resorts where in both parks, imagination and colour are coming alive.." [/endepicnarratorvoice]
