Question about annual pass for Disneyland

So, i have a question, i tried searching and i didn't quite find anything BUT can you use your disneyland annual pass at WDW? i remember a thread somewhere that said you could use tickets or something? can this be done with the annual pass either to use it at Disney World or get a discount or something?

You can use Disney Dollars at both Parks.

You can use WDW tickets at Disneyland. Or so I've read. Next time I go to WDW, I'll but the max number of tickets, then take them home with me. I might never return to WDW after that trip (I might never go in the first place), but the last few days added onto a WDW trip are just a few dollars.
