Re: Mickey's not so scary Halloween party

    Two questions
    1. Do you need to buy a one day ticket to DCA? or just the seperate Trick or Treat Party ticket?

    2. Will the entire park be open during the ToTP? like rides, shops, and so on. (will the park be running reguarly as if there werent the ToTP going on?)(I dont know if that makes sense)

With regards to posing for pics... I think as long as you're not claiming to be the official Disney version of the character or drawing your own line or charging people or stuff like that, no one cares. I had a few kids (and adults) who got really excited about my costume last year and wanted photos and no one stopped us from taking them.

Last year was the first time I had ever gone and my friend and I had an absolute blast (if you wanna see pics they're here: Mickey's Trick or Treat Party Oct 08 - a set on Flickr)!! I can't wait to go again this year
I just have to say, DUDE, you make the CUTEST Giselle, your shots with the villains make you look like you belong there! Also, Captain Hammer = EPIC. Love it! Your friend should follow Nathan Fillion on Twitter, he sometimes posts where he is so fans can hunt him down, I did!

    1. According to http://allears.net/dlr/tp/dca/mht.htm, "The party requires a special event ticket, but regular park admission is not required."

    2. I'm not sure on this one, but I think I remember reading that all the rides will be open and stuff.

You don't need seperate admission, the rides are open. I've been going every year since it started
