Coupla ticket-buying questions

We're planning a trip in September with my extended family. We've got premium AP's but need to purchase tickets for them. I'm planning to get them the "2 Free Days" park hoppers that are available until 8/11.

So first, are the price increases I've seen rumored for this weekend really happening? This isn't really an issue as I'd have to buy these tickets by 8/11 anyways (so I might as well buy now to be safe) but just wondering.

Second, I think the only venues to purchase these advance tickets is from Ares Travel and Disneyland.com. I believe that either way I go, I'd be purchasing them online and would have to bring the receipt to the Main Entrance ticket booths. Can anyone confirm that there's no way for me to avoid this? Since we got our AP's I hate the idea of waiting in that line again. Any good tips to minimize the wait? Do any of the Disney hotels have a ticket window within? (And if not, why not? What a nice amenity that would be!)

Finally, looks like we can save a couple bucks buying with Ares. Any good/bad experiences with them?

On Disneyland.com, you can purchase the tickets and print them out as eTickets. You take these print-outs directly to the main entrance turn styles and they print out the hard copy tickets there.
