Does anyone know who will officially take over as the voice of Mickey Mouse? Maybe it's out there already, but wasn't sure.

Far as I know, nothing has been announced. I believe they had already begun the search before Mr. Allwine's untimely passing.
I don't know anything about Mickey's new voice, but I have to wish whoever it is the best of luck. I'm sure he'll never read this, but those will be difficult gloves to fill!

Yeah, they haven't officially announced anyone yet, although I'm sure it's being discussed.
On the one hand, I'm scared to find out who it will be - will they be 'good enough' for me? Can they be? - but on the other, I hate the idea of leaving Mickey to sit around for months with no VA.
But Disney has always been low-key about the casting of its classic characters - I hope their choice now is as thoughtful as they've been in the past.

Somewhere I heard a rumor they were working with Mr. Allwine to find a successor for the voice of Mickey Mouse.

Have you ever heard Walt's original voice of Mickey? He was hilarious. He was the official voice until the 1940's.
I might be wrong, but i wouldn't be surprized if Disney had at least a couple "back up voices" for their major characters (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy), so their probable "official" voice is more than likely already narrowed down considerably, for any of those characters.
Since they'd presumably be getting someone to take over mickey on a long term basis(read: as long as they can possibly do it), Disney has every reason in the world to be practical about this and not rush into a decision. They have enough stock audio of Wayne to fulfill any short-term needs right now.
What is disney gonna need new material from Mr. Mouse for anytime soon anyway?
And I'm sure WOC will feature the mouse at some point...
This.
And it happens a lot more often than you'd realize, because in addition to DLR and WDW, Mickey turns up speaking English at Tokyo and Paris fairly often, too - even occasionally at HKDL.
So yeah, Disney needs a new Mickey - but they've been pretty protective of these characters, and whoever they choose will almost certainly be expected to carry the role for the long haul - so the thing takes time.
And personally, as much as I want a new voice, I'm glad they weren't just sitting there ready to whip out a new name. It would have felt really disrespectful.
