Imagineers have told me that they have plans to eliminate sightlines in Paradise Peir, but it's not their highest priority right now. They also didn't specify on what that could mean.

of all the siteline problems in the park that is the worst of all. The south east corner of Paradise Pier looks awefull with the convention dome adn hotel structure. That along with the power lines and abstract roofline of the carousel make the area look cluttered and unnatractive.

When that area is redone they really need to consider structures with tall rooflines and maybe even a few tall trees for backdrop.

they had several of those trees before. they always do a great job of keeping the area clean of fallen leaves.

i believe that they were refering to the siteline problems seen around Paradise Pier. When people are inside Carsland you will not see much of anything else but there will still be siteline problems when looking south at the boardwalk from the northenr edge of Paradise pier.
The rockwork will help block some of the easternly problems but not the southern issues.

you know i never liked that shop. at the park it looked very tacky and the real estate it uses is big compared to the limited shelf space and junk they sold.
