Just Thinking about The Peter Pan Ride

I was looking at some pictures of the WDW Peter Pan ride, and even though it is in the old style that used to be in our Fantasyland, they have added those figures to the entrance sign. I was thinking of doing kind of the same thing here so I used photoshop on a couple of the roofline pictures I took and added in a Peter Pan Llarado figure just for fun. I think it would be fun to have Peter on the rooftop of the ride, kind of listening to what's going on.

An thoughts on this? Or am I completly nuts?

I actually quite like the idea. I'm not so sure about having him in the open. I think a little one sort of sitting in a corner would be kind of cool. Something guests can see but not everybody knows about.

Kind of like the queen from snow white in Disneyland when she peers out the window.

My boyfriend never knew about this, and it freaked him out quite a bit when I showed him on our last trip!

Exactly what I was thinking. I made sure to show my family when we were there.

Yes, that is exactly Disney style. Subtle bits of show. They don't have to be flashy, it's the intricate little details that make DLR worth exploring. A subtle Peter on the roof listening in the corner would be cool.

Agreed.

I was kind of limited as too where I could this statue because of the pose, but I would agree that a more subtle placement would be cool.

By the bye, I know the Imagineers who put the Queen up there (They went on to creat Disney's Animal Kingdom in Florida) and they put the Evil Queen up there on their own. It was not part of the design, but when it was done nothing was said about it as it worked so well and looked so cool.

Well, maybe if he was small and not so colorful, so he blended in.

I think it would be super cute if Peter Pan just peeked out over the rooftops and maybe a little light (For tinkerbell) at nighttime.

Some kind of fiberoptic would be great for Tink at night... Have it bounce around every 10 minutes or so.

I like the idea too. Not too obvious. Just a corner where you could see him peaking around a corner.
