Current main street music loop

I was wondering if anyone knows when the current music loop for Main Street (performed by Paragon Orchestra and other ensembles) started???
The reason why I ask is because I was on Itunes the other day and heard some songs played by a group called the Gaslight Orchestra and I completely remember hearing these songs on Main Street back in the 80's, when I used to go for coffee, with friends, at the American Egg House Restaurant. So I was wondering when the change occurred and if anyone knows what the old loop music titles consisted of that was different from the current one being played. I know this is probably a long shot to answer, but I thought I'd try. May a Disneyland afficionado might know. Thanks

A couple weeks ago as I was leaving I heard "Put on Your Sunday Clothes" from WALL-E (originally from "Hello Dolly"), so the music loop is probably no older than the movie WALL-E.

I know the current loop has been around at least a decade if not longer.

"Put On Your Sunday Clothes" is not from Wall-E. It's from an American musical called "Hello Dolly" which debuted in 1938. But the current Main Street, U.S.A. loop has been around since 1992.

The songs on main street have played for years. I thought one year they did change it up, but the following year put back what we hear today.

Ok, so it is pre 87 then. I got my inital annual pass in 1984 or 1985 (when it was on $60 with no black out days) and we always went to dinner at the Main Street restaurants and I remember the loop being different then.

Buy the album on itunes for Rick Benjamin & the paragon ragtime orchestra. That has almost all the mainstreet music. There are other songs on mainstreet but I'm not sure what they are. Theres your link, listen to Triplets, Dynamite Rag, Aviation Rag, A symphonic Nightmare (This you have to recognize), The Winter Garden Rag, Oh you Drummer, The Junk Man Rag. I think those are all from mainstreet some might be mixed in that I just think fit there from listening to the cd more than Disneyland. Happy listening!

I know what you mean. If it gets bad, you might want to get to an ER for an emergency IASWEI procedure (It's a Small World Ear Implant) -- two tiny chips that play the Small World song 50 minutes out of every hour. It cured me when I was unable to get the theme from "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" out of my head.
