Question Mickey's Trick or Treat Party and APs

Ok, so I have an AP and I want to take my friend who doesn't have an AP for her birthday. I was wondering if I can buy her ticket and my ticket and use the AP discount for both, or does her ticket have to be full priced?

I bought two AP discounted tickets for 10/28 online, and wasn't asked who they were for.

I did it both last year and just recently bought tickets for my mom and sister who don't have annual passes. After you buy the tickets, they don't check for annual passes at the gate so it should be fine.

It varies by date. For example, Oct 29-31 are not discounted at all. Check the AP section of the Disneyland web site.
