    Disneyworld commercial at Disneyland

Just saw a commercial for WDW and Cinderella's Castle was super-imposed onto Disneyland's Main St. right at the end of the street. I thought it was kinda weird. Don't they think people would notice that the shot is from two different parks? Ive seen other images that are used in promotion for one park but are images from another park. Do you think the average person even cares or notices?

Heh, funny. The average person has no clue I am sure. It's actually pretty smart when you think of it. Disneyland does have a superior Main Street.

They do it on purpose, just to bug some of us. Like Imagineers putting references to themselves or to former attractions on the same site, the ad people are compelled to put WDW stuff in DL ads and DL stuff in WDW ads. Just to see who is bugged enough to call them. It's how they know we are watching.

I think it's so that they can just van over the recording equipment from Burbank, do the shoot, and send it back the same day for editing. It's probably much cheaper to do it this way and alot more efficient. Chances are that Cinderella Castle is probably just a 3D render made to look lifelike.
