niteach thought the same thing. Round 19 had a starting picture. That did not result in a higher participation rate.

Everything has a lifecycle, but... if we bring it back next week with Marvel characters, I think it will be quite popular!
The topic could be: How would you integrate the Marvel characters in the Disney theme parks? Lots of possibilities there.

That is what I thought but I also had a low turn out for the contest that I did. At the moment I wonder if it's because a lot of people were off because of the summer.

We will have to see what happens in the next contest.

Maybe prizes would help I wouldnt know how that would work but maybe at like the 25th round or 50th or 100th, someone could get a real prize :O

CI - I thought international MC fame was a great prize!

I have to agree with ni_tech - summers are very busy times and right now some of our best talents are enjoying the last days of summer and are returning to school.

I think we will see a turn around when fall sets in. For what it's worth, I do like to have the contest start with a picture.

If I ever win a prize I would like a 45' AA Dragon in my backyard - that would be kind of cool.
