The Forbidden Eye's Short Visit to Disneyland 9/12/2009

I was in the park from 11AM-8PM. I was dissapointed that I wasn't able to stay until Midnight but I still had fun. I rode Indy 4 times that day and still got to do my usual character rounds at Pixie Hollow.

I was suprised that it wasn't crowded even with the D23 Expo going on at the nearby Convention Center. Lines never got to 60min. I waited in line for Peter Pan's Flight and was impressed that the new vehicles actually makes the line go faster. I waited about 25-30minutes for it.

I didn't take a lot of pics so there isn't a lot of pics (Only 12 pics). Next trip there will be more.

Fast Fowarding to 4PM, I went on over to Pixie Hollow after the parade passed. The line at the time was around 10 minutes. When it was my turn to go in, Silvermist was in. I remembered this Silvermist from August 22nd and she remembered me as well.



Then I moved on to Tink and this Tink remembered me from August 29th.



It was around 4:20 and I decided to catch a quick ride on Indy before heading back to Pixie Hollow before it closed. After Indy, I went on over to the Golden Horseshoe to find some of the Billies out. I took a pic with one of them. Thanks to the Micechatter who took this pic (sry forgot your screename!)

Part 2

After hanging out in Frontierland, I hurried to Pixie Hollow before 5. I got there with 2 minutes left until the line closed. Catching my breath, I took some quick pics of the area.

Going back in, Silvermist was still inside. I took another pic with her, this time my jacket was on, as it started to cool down and there was a breeze.



After saying goodbye to Sil, she went into Tinks House, while I was still waiting for the group ahead of me to finish their time with Tink. When it was my turn, I recognized this Tinkerbell as one of my favorites as she is there most of the time I go in there.



So, unfortunatley that concludes the Picture part.

After that, I went on Indy one more time before I left DL. I was going to go on to BTMRR but it was closed. Apparently a really stupid guest stood up on the ride. When will these people stop doing crazy things on BTMRR!? Thats why the rides down half of the time. Apparently, they don't care about their own safety. And that usually results in a automatic ejection from the ride and the park.

So after that, I proceeded out of Disneyland where I unfortunatley had to witness a couple arguing about something and the kid in the stroller with them was really upset. As I was looking back at them, I could see the kid crying. This happened as I was heading to Town Square. I feel pity for the kid as he will remember this for the rest of his life.

I headed to DCA to find my sister at Mania!. She was working somewhere where I couldn't see her, so I just took a quick spin on Mania!. Funny thing was, I was the only person in my row, so no competition!

After that I headed to DTD where my sis was going to pick me up from the DTD parking lot. I made a quick stop at the World of Disney Store to buy a Disney Fairies Book. It's called: Enter the World of Never Fairies and it's a great book! Gives a lot of info about the Disney Fairies Universe.

My sister called and told me that she couldn't get into DTD. Apparently acess to it was closed off. So she picked me up from the structure on the Mickey Lot. Wierd way to get picked up but at least I got picked up at all.

So that ends my short report

In a few weeks, I'll be experimenting on making a trip report thread that covers a whole month so that way, I'm not posting multiple threads. (Ex. The Forbidden Eye's Trips in October Thread).

Is it me or did they change the stockings on both Tinks. They look more white then flesh color. Anyway Eye good short trip report. I see you got my Tink that I gave her the scrapbook to. Can't weight to see her again soon.

Nice pics!! I remember when I was there, one guest stood up on Splash Mtn, because their pants got wet..and they wouldn't SIT back down, I was waiting and waiting for someone to come over the loudspeaker to please sit DOWN.. as they were standing for what seemed like FOREVER... it was pretty annoying to me, and I thought we'd get some sort of reprimand, but none ever came. I'm like, well, DUH, you GET WET on this ride.
Still, surprised no reprimand, it was wierd. They were standing for at least 2 min after that big drop... was very distracting and annoying to me. I was in the back back of the log. So.. anyways your comment about someone standing on BTMRR brought that memory back. I can't imagine someone standing on that.. too many low head parts.

I just missed meeting Silvermist that day I went in there!! She is sooo pretty! But I did meet Fawn and Tink! =) It was my first ever in there! I love it, and of course, my boys won't tolerate going with me or waiting for me in there. Never time, I'm doing the Princess meet.. because I didn't get the chance this trip! =)

Looking at both pics, it's hard to tell if they did. Probably the lighting in the pics.

Oh, yeah I remembered seeing your TR with the scrapbook. I remembered she was the Tink you gave your gift too. I hope she liked it.

I hope Pixie Hollow at the new Fantasyland in Florida is prettier than the one here in DL.

With the space they have, and based on the concept art of the new Pixie Hollow I've seen, theirs will be better than ours because they have a lot of space to work with. Unlike ours which is in a tight space.
