Country Bears Vacation Hoedown

Listening to the AWESOME Disneyland 50th anniversary music CD at work, with headphones on I hear something familiar.

During the Country Bears Vacation Hoedown song I can hear a voice that sounds VERY much like Principal Skinner (Harry Shearer) from the Simpsons.

I tried to do a google search to see if I could see a voice talent listing for the track and was unable to.

Anybody else know if this is indeed Harry Shearer?
