He looks much different there than in the photo.
I got a good vibe from him in the video. He seems like an personable, humble individual who's genuinely interested in the parks as a family place, and excited about his new job. I like the fact that he started out as an "ordinary" CM at WDW and that perspective will most likely help him make good decisions.
side note: I'd like to see video interviews like this with the past few presidents, just for comparison. Off to YT I go...
