All right, thanks! In half of the pictures I'm younger, so I'm going to guess those were taken a couple years earlier before my brother was old enough to join.

Re: Your Childhood Disneyland Photos/Memories

My most vivid memory of my 1998 trip was a ride on the oft-maligned but much-missed (by myself at least) Rocket Rods. New Tomorrowland had just opened, and Rocket Rods was such a thrilling ride for a little 5 year old to ride. What can I say? I was a brave (and tall) kid. I also got to go on the original Submarine Voyage only months before it shut down.. I vaguely remember it, but not as much as the Rods.

I'm going to guess these were all taken '94 or '95.
Yes! I have this same photo somewhere . I love this.

Alright so another memory I forgot to mention... my first trip to WDW in probably '95 or '96 when I was 6 or 7... right after the opening of Alien Encounter.
My parents and I stroll up to the CM and my parents ask "Oh what ride is this? Is this children friendly?" (I remember this question even though I was only about 7). The idiot CM says "Yes"
So my parents take me onto the ride.
I think you all know what happened. Needless to say that was the most terrifying moment of my entire life. My parents were even scared... and they were completely shocked that the CM said it was ok for them to bring me on.
Terrifying.

And I even wore a chef's coat and hat for a while - kinda like the one Goofy has on, only short sleeves thank goodness. And no gloves.

Re: Your Childhood Disneyland Photos/Memories

Okay, I finally got my photos to work
So these would've been about early to mid 2000 (i was about 5 or 6 at the time)
We did a big 6 week trip around the US including, of course, Disneyland and WDW (my first time to the parks!)

[btw, I'm the taller/older one!! The younger girl is my sister who was 3 at the time]

Okay so this one is when we were taken to Disneyland as a surprise (we hadn't planned it) by the friends we were staying with. Pretty fantastic surprise

This one was taken at MGM Studios (back before the name was changed!) with Jessie, who I must say, I was pretty obsessed with at that age!!

Re: Your Childhood Disneyland Photos/Memories

Haha, that photo from 99ish looks like it was taken longer ago than that. I can't explain why... I guess that was before the digital camera age too right?

But soon afterwards we went on the Mine Train, which sold me on Disneyland, and Tom Sawyer Island, and I forgot about being lost. That's my earliest memory of Disneyland, being alone and scared for a few minutes.
1962- I'm three and separated from the parents while looking at Monstro. I remember a cm talking to me and taking me to a ticket booth, yes a ticket booth, right in the middle of Fantasyland. The lady working the booth had a small figurine of Mickey with his head bandaged up on her counter. I was so distraught about my mom and dad "missing" that she let me hold it while I was in there.I really remember it like it was not too long ago. Long story short, she let me keep it after my parents picked me up at the booth and I still have it today. It's put away with some other stuff in the garage, but I know it's there. There's also a pic of me holding it on a subsequent visit, need to find that album and I'll post it.
