PotC change?

The voice at the end of Pirates of the Caribbean (where you come back up) seemed different today. It sounded like a different voice, the things it was saying didn't seem familiar, and they seemed to come at you faster. Usually when you come up I can hear 1 1/2 to 2 of the remarks but this time I heard 3 and after we left the lift, it sounded like the 1st one was starting again, and none of them was "dead men DO tell tales."

Did they change the recording or did I just miss something?

If it was just his singing, then the blood in his ears must hav been what made it sound different

They have Capt Barbossa talking at the end and I remember hearing him say that dead men do tell tales as we went up the waterfall.

I wish I did, it went by too fast. Last Sunday it was the same as before but this Saturday it seemed different. The messages were similar but seemed a little different to me. I'm not 100% sure so I would like other peoples opinions.

It is Davy Jones, not Barbossa. Although, I'd rather there be no voice there, as it used to be.

Every time I ride with someone who hasn't been on Pirates before (or hasn't been on it since before the refurb), the Davy Jones voiceover on the final lift hill causes them to make the same facial expression I made when I heard it for the first time. =/
