    Disney Parade Performer Audition

    Hi Guys,

I am VERY interested in working as an Entertainer at Disneyland and saw that there is an audition in December for Pixar Play Parade and High School Musical 3. I was just wondering if there is any specific "look" Disney is looking for in terms of dress/make-up and such for these auditions. I know they're always looking for young, bubbly personalities who smile a lot, but just any other tid bits would be wonderful!

    Thanks!

    This should help:

Disney College Program- The Disney Look

Having the Disney Look when you audition could help a lot.

Thank you! So that's pretty much what they want to see at the audition as well as at work. So no fake eyelashes or anything. Thank you!

Also, does anyone know anything about how they'll be casting both shows at the audition? I assume they'll just teach one dance routine, weed people out and then split people into groups for more specific purposes, but this is my first time auditing so I'm not sure...

A friend of mine who auditioned for A Christmas Fantasy said they start off by teaching you a dance routine for about 15 minutes, and then you have 45 minutes to work with other people and master it. From there they make cuts, and then they do it again, but with a harder routine. He was cut in the first round, so I don't know how many cuts they ultimately make, but it works something like that.

A big tip is to not let your mistakes get to you AT ALL, always stay in a super happy pepy mood, just keep going. When my brother auditioned for Pixar Play, he messed up on the routine a little bit but stayed "in character" and he made it. Good Luck to everyone going =)
