I'm SHOCKED you said that. I mean, at first glance yes. But I recognized this and it closed before I was born!

Re: Can you tell me where this photo was taken at Disneyland?

The Mine Train was what sold me on Disneyland. If I had known they were going to discontinue it, I would have ridden it much more. Usually we only did it once per visit. Personally I thought it was much better in the daylight, you could see more (and there were over 200 animatronic animals along the route). Some elements of it were kind of hokey; the saguaro forest with fake cacti in human shapes seems dumb today, the bubbling mud pots were really much too vividly colored to look natural. But it had a lot of character, the narration was fun, and some of the scenery was outstanding: Cascade Peak was impressive with the many waterfalls, the bears fishing in the river were realistic, the geysers were a blast, the Balancing Rock Canyon with the spinning and wobbling rocks was fun, and Rainbow Caverns with the 6 colors of glowing water was spellbinding. I've given up hope of them ever rebuilding it, but I think it's reasonable to hope that someday they do another nature train attraction, since nature never goes out of fashion. 4 million people visit Yosemite each year, 3 million visit Yellowstone, 5 million the Grand Canyon. Having a new nature train with new landscapes, animals and water features would be a winner if you ask me. There are many more photos of the Mine Train at davelandweb.com/nw and also at keeline.com/MineTrain

Actually the bridge collapsed, so they just cleaned it up to look bare.

I don't recognize where it was taken, or what the subject matter is. It appears to be the Matterhorn in the top of the picture, but what is the yellow thing behind the waterfall? Where exactly in the park was this shot snapped?
It ain't the Matterhorn. In the river facing where Big Thunder is roughly located now. This is the Mine Train thru Nature's Wonderland. I'm sure a dozen people have answered by now, but I wanted to get my answer in as well.

    That was my guess too.
