Those specials are also good at getawaytoday.com...just picked up 5 day hoppers for our trip in March.

The difference between the price you PAID (the Child's price), and the current cost of the AP you want. The tickets are coded, so you still pay full price for the AP. The benefits of buying the ParkHopper first, no worries about Blockout days on your first visit, and the Early Entry.

Yes... the gimmicks that are available at the Main Entrance. The current trend with Disney Parks now is buy your tickets in advance and get a discount. Walt Disney World is definately doing that by charging MORE for tickets at the Main Entrance and basically the concept is same here now... and that's because the Main Entrance lines are just plain rediculous in the mornings.

They'll always have discounted tickets... you just have to search for them or do a little "extra" work instead of just relying on going to the Main Entrance and getting them there.

In order for guests to spend money in the parks, they have to get into the parks. The revenue earned is still more than most guests' entrance fee (during "off-season") for the day.
