Over Time is great! DCA has also been extending to 8 pm closing this week. And with the great weather we're having it's the perfect time for Spring Breakers to head to the Park.
I was at DCA all day Monday and Disneyland all day yesterday. Both parks were pretty busy. I think half of AZ is in town this week (my brother's family included). It was actually nice to see DCA busy on Monday. Disneyland was busy yesterday, but not out of control. There were 60 minute waits for the usual suspects, Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, Splash Mountain, but we used our FastPasses so those were fine. The weather was perfect the last two days, and looks like the rest of the week will be the same.
I'll hold back on snickering that you just called your brothers family half of Arizona. lol
ASU and UoA are on spring break this week, hense why I am off to the parks tomorrow! Hope the crowds aren't too bad.
I'm going to the park today too, and tomorrow, and I expect it to be busy. Anytime the park is open at 8AM spells C-R-O-W-D. We're staying at the Candy Cane Inn so at least we won't have to bother with the parking hassle.
i just came back from the parks and it was very fun despite being busy and it wasn't that bad as i thought it would. so far pretty smooth spring break crowds. but its only the beginning.
Spring Break crowds are starting to grow. My sister went to DL on Wednesday morning for work. Apparently it was for team building purposes. No special presentations or wacky group activities just hanging around and having fun at Disneyland for a day.Darn her...
But back on topic, Peter Pan's wait time 28 minutes. I usually gauge crowd levels with Fantasyland rides since they are low capacity and long lines form relatively fast. Thus with the most popular dark ride, PPF, with a 20+ minute wait but less than 30 minute wait on a weekday suggests a good size crowd. The crowds should be even bigger by this weekend and continue to be so for the next 3 weeks or so.
I'm down in Orange County visit some university friends and we'll be heading to the park today for a few hours. I am guessing it's going to be crazy busy. Considering I go to Disneyland once a month it's no biggie though. It sure helps the weather has just been beautiful.
Dear god. Disneyland has been on LA's top trending list on Twitter for the past day. I couldn't bear to imagine what crowds will be pouncing upon it tomorrow.
I went to the park Saturday, and it was very crowded. We still had a good time, but the lines were Anaconda long. Ed, at the Candy Cane Inn, told us a religious convention was in town. The weather was perfect. We could see testing from the new World of Color going on at night from the jacuzzi at the Candy Cane Inn.
