    Balconies in Orleans

When we were there last week, while in the extremely long line for Pirates which took us out to Orleans cafe, I noticed some people (about 10 teenagers) up in the balcony above the Cafe.

What is the access situation for this area? I know the other side where the Dream Suite and Club 33 are could be one of those two, but I rarely see people on the other side, there were some chairs up there too, can you eat up there for Cafe Orleans?

Those balconies are outside Club 33 and are exclusively for members. I hear they're a great place to watch Fantasmic!.

I've been up there before I admit that I felt very special standing above all of those people.

lol. Yeah, we get kind of possessive once we have been there! I look up at the balconies and think "yeah, I've been there!" and smile as I go onto Pirates!

There were people there yesterday too, but I've never seen anyone up there before then.

When I was younger and we ate there I used to feel so special to have that view...
It's funny, because people don't usually look up there, they don't even notice you're there And the fantasmic view is awful from up there, trees trees trees is all you see unless you sit on the floor and look through the railing!

Yep, those people who are down there. Similar to "those people" across the street just depends on if you choose to be offended.

Really? They didn't capitalize the THOSE. I didn't see it as a way of degrading the normal Disneyland guest/the rest of us who aren't able to be on that balcony. I just think they meant it's cool to have that view of the park and see all of the people that are there.

Thanks for the much needed humor in this thread. Me personally I like the balconies in NOS, they add so much to the best land in the park.

    For sure!
Well... the jury's out on Best Land, but I do love the balconies, even if the Dream Suite won't let me see the world from one.

I love any detail in the park that I think some people may not take the time to notice.
