    That was a great story.
    All this time Disney claimed it was because all the guests moved to one side of the boat since there wasn't very much to see in the brand-new Frontierland. What they didn't know, was that there were 508 guests moving to the starboard side of the Mark Twain. That's a lot of weight!
    No wonder it tipped.

    Sure, we can! I'm in for <walks over to scale> 249 Pounds. Aargh! Haven't looked lately. I blame taking Dad on that Alaska cruise last month - That's my story, and I'm sticking with it...

    Add clothes and my usual 'lead-lined backpack' and camera for a park trip, and that's 280. (Be prepared the next time I say "Here, hold this for a minute, please"...)

    You can probably get 600 or more on that boat safely IF they stay evenly balanced. If everyone rushes to one side, all bets are off, and 300 would be a reasonable limit.
