Perhaps there are other ways that you relieve stress at Disneyland and/or elsewere in the resort... shopping, dining, attending the shows, participating in other activities. More than likely, there are a good number of ways that people alleviate anxiety at the Happiest "Stress Relieving" Place On Earth.

Just standing and letting the people go by in the Haunted Mansion portrait hall does it for me, even a few times, so I have it all to myself for a bit. Relaxing, with the eerie wind and lightning flashes from beyond...I truly enjoy it there, both morbid, atmospheric, and peaceful and safe all at once. Can't beat it. If it is non HMH time, the fastpass garden is very nice too, just slip in the exit and hang out there.

A jalapeno cheese pretzel and cold coke along with a isolated table can also work wonders for peacefulness and relaxation.

Nothing like a nice ride aboard the DLRR.

Sitting in the tiki room. Sitting on a bench on TSI and watching the splash mountain drop. Falling asleep in Muppets 3D and being woken up by the Swedish Chef's cannon.

Sitting on the benches near the ROA during sunset was always one of my fav things to do watching the ducks, people on the twain, and absorbing the atmosphere. Of course, you cant do that for a few months now.

Soarin' Over California is very relaxing. Unfortunately the line for it tends to be long...

Sometimes my boyfriend and I go on it's a small world to take a nap...I don't really end up napping, though. We usually just go back to the car for a few hours if we spend the whole day.

Preety much all of the indoor and outdoor shows relax me and relieve thestres in my life. Watching people go down the Splash Mtn drop is pretty cool.

That Swedish chef probably sees you snoring with your mouth open and fires swedish meetballs at you trying to make baskets.

For Disneyland, Pirates is my go to ride....the line is generally pretty short, other than the initial drops it's a fairly calm boat ride through men drowning in wells and burning buildings, and on hot days it's a great way to keep cool. It's also dark enough to take a quick nap if needed.

For DCA, nothing beats the animation building. I could sit in there for hours and watch that animation loop over and over again...again, also air conditioned on hot days.

I think Soarin' is the most relaxing, but for stress relief I think a good spin on a thrill ride always puts a smile on my face and makes me forget about anything else.

Its a samll world for me - I never can go on that ride and leave without a big smile on my face. In WDW I also loved the carousel of progress - there was just something about its happy upbeat message that made you feel great

Trust me on this one. I work in Irvine and if I have a bad day at the office I head straight for the DLR and single rider Screamin'. The adrenaline rush you get after stressing out in a cubicle all day is incredible.

Some people go home and unwind with a glass of wine. I unwind by riding a roller coaster.
