I was just gonna say that, but these movies ge even less and deserve something too: Robin Hood, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, 101 Dalmations, Aristocats, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Emperor's New Groove, and Lion King
GENIUS!!! Could you imagine how great that would be?!? Would be a GREAT place to put a ride!
However with budget concerns I doubt that would happen. Will probably be a new show which I'm ok with too. The newer shows have been successful for Disneyland as of late. Look at how great Tiana's Showboat Jubilee was. I'd like to see a more permanent show like that at the park for time being so it doesn't go on to be wasted space.
what about a meet and greet for giselle from enchanted?
I think this has been posed here a few times, and I remember reading that she added something in her contract that the parks cannot have her likeness portrayed in the park, I wish though, and I don't remember who posted it before but it truly would be funny if Prince Edward was going around Fantasy Land asking everyone if they'd seen his true love Giselle
I love going through a thread and reading your posts.
Say it like it is, man. Haha
Really. What's all this talk of dark rides? It's a theater... it would be the least amount of work and it would make the most sense if they used it as a theater and put in a show.
I'm just as excited as anyone else for Rapunzel, but I really don't think, at this point, a ride should be built for a movie before they even know how successful it is.
I'd say a safer bet for Rapunzel would be to take the Tiana's Showboat Jubilee route and do some sort of show revolving around the movie before they invest the money in a ride... especially before so many other Disney classics have any sort of representation at the parks.
While this is off-topic (because I don't want any ride to replace the Fantasyland Theater), I think a musical Hercules dark ride narrated by the Muses would be amazing.
