Bobsleds? I'm up for new ones. Single seating, no more double seating.

I would welcome new seats. It would be great if they could keep the style of the trains and such and just take the seats and redesign them. I would love that. Single seating is so much nicer. It's good to know that Disney is looking at ways to keep us safer.

We don't have much info even on what they are working on, and Disney doesn't post about queue or path closures online, so we have very little info on it.

Starting to pick up the conversation because it has been 24 hours and 20 minutes since the last post!

I am really happy they are changing out the concrete in the Frontierland pond. It really did look tacky and fake. Does anyone have any pics of the new concrete that was tested by the Hungry Bear?

Obviously someone wasn't watching them do this. You think they would have caught it when the concrete curbing was first going in...LOL

They could have had the curbing go in first, then add to it with the "mud"....but apparently not the case.

Still say they could have put dirt on top of the wet concrete.

I think that the contractors doing the project just wanted to get it over with and didn't really care about theme. They put in the cement and left. Then when WDI's team came out to inspect it, they were horrified at the outcome, so no Disney gets to redo the area.

Maybe they won't go with a contractor next time?

Truth be told, the contractors did a nice job on the cement. Too nice. If they were doing work around my house they would get recommendations. So it is funny that they are being ripped apart for not making the cement look dirty enough.

Shame on them for doing such a great job! LOL
