During Walt's time Tomorrowland was beautiful. Now, instead of progressing it's regressing into the slummy area it is now. I think he'd probably wonder why it's visually displeasing and why so much space and attractions aren't being utilized as they once were. Hopefully he wouldn't faint after seeing those ugly rocks at the entrace to the area.
