Fantasmic! New Ideas for new scenes
This is for all intents and purposes, to be a fun thread. Please don't post anything negative or bring up a discussion thats been mentiond a 100x.
I've been thinking a lot about Fantasmic!. The show remains highly popular despite being in it's same form. Sure enough we have an updated croc and dragon and new eels and a updated finale. Though as one Micechatter said, the show hasn't gotten anything else new (In his view).
So this thread is desinged to give everyone a chance to see what kinds of ideas to improve Fantasmic!'s story. Wheter it be to add a new scene, improve a current one, or to replace a current scene with a new one. It's all up to you.
Here are some of my ideas:
New villian:
Dr. Facilier would be inserted between Ursula and Chernabog. When Ursula is finished, he pops up and says:
"A nightmare fantasmic you say? Well, how about we call my friends from the other side to join us?"
After this, the song "Friends on the other side" plays as the spirits from the film appear and dissapear at will on the island similar to the pink elephants from earlier. The song will be shortened for pacing.
After that, he once again appears on the mist screens as he dissapears except for his eyes as it transitions into Chernabogs. The spirits on the island transform into the ghosts from Night on Bald Mountain as they dance around for a bit for that scene. Flame throwers would be added at the end of Chernabogs scene.
In the flower scene, the current film would be replaced with scenes from the Firebird form Fantasia 2000. The firebird makes an appearance as a live actor dancing around the flower petals. She exits stage left as the Jungle book scene begins.
I had an idea to implement Heffalumps and Woozles after the Pink Elephant scene but I'm having trouble with it.

No thanks. The current villain sequence is just the right size. I love the idea of adding something that is truly new to Fantasmic but extending the villain scene is not the way.

Well, whatever floats your boat.
But you get the idea. I'm just trying to breathe in new life to the show in anyway possible. Even if it means extending a scene in the show right now.

Another problem I see is both of these elements are movies already in World of Color....

Chernabog will be in World of Color. I guess that's a problem too because he's already in Fantasmic?

I know, i'm kind of stressed right now from other things. Don't have much thinking going on at the moment.

Either that or he's talking about the fact that I was implementing stuff form WOC to be used in Fantasmic! (The flamethrowers in woc for ex.)
Well, it wouldn't hurt to borrow things from another show right?

Sure, just as long as the Mickey head on the Fun Wheel doesn't come alive, say something and then laugh at the end of World of Color.

A couple of segments are not an issue, but when Princess and the Frog and Fantasia 2000, two highly underused movies are both being used, then it gets a little fishy.

I happen to like Fan the way it is I don't want anything to change so I disagree here Eye Sorry.

Don't bringing anything modern into the show. Ours is classic Disney.

Maybe they could add scenes from Beauty and the Beast or Aladdin.

I respect that Kritter and Capt Hook's. I don't mind critiscm to my ideas though. I was expecting some sort of criticism for my ideas. This is for fun.

They could. As long as we don't have a repeat of the Jafar scene from DHS.
