Thank you MiceChat for your help

A couple of months ago I posted a thread regarding what MiceChatters' favorite restaurants at the resort were and which ones to steer clear of (which I went to anyway since I couldn't resist). Now that my first time as an APer has expired, I succeeded in eating at a lot of the restaurants and with the help of some of you discovered some places I would have never glanced at.
I am just saying thanks because it was helpful reading people's posts and opinions and they were very insightful (at least when in came to Disney food).
Ultimately, as a final thought, I am certain to say that my personal favorite from the entire resort was Storyteller's Cafe and regret only that I never tried the hamburgers for the bad press they always received. Maybe when I renew I might.
    Again, thank you.

What do they have at Storytellers cafe? Is it a buffet type place?

    I haven't eaten there
but I know the morning is a buffet style.
I think the rest of the day it's menu style ordering (someone correct me if wrong).
I usually hit Goofy's Kitchen. I think there's more characters there (IMO).
They also (last time they didn't) have tator tots (nothing like choc milk and tots for breakfast)

i went for the thanksgiving dinner and they had like both buffet style and a order menu thingy. but obviously that was a special day so i don't know what it's like on a normal day. but their mash potatoes were like clouds of heaven. i'm saying this again because never in my life had i had as delicious mash potatoes as that, and i loooooove mash potatoes. it's like the only reason i love thanksgiving. mash potatoes. and gravy. and apple pie too.

I'm with you on good mashed potatoes. Not easy to find. Have to try them there (I think Plaza has some good ones).
I'll have to go against you on the pie. I'd take pumpkin over the apple (and when apple is warmed up I think it's even worse...I know...most like it that way). Apple can only be half way good if ice cream is thrown on top.
