I don't think it needs a full backstory, but it certainly would add to it. I remember reading someone's idea from this forum. The new queue he proposed featured posters and new paper clippings of a new attraction conjured up by the new proprietor, Gustav Tinkershmit. It was the modern marvel of the new age! And the launch would be activated by pulling a lever, or something similar. I think it would be very cool and add a little extra to the ride!
It is going to be a collection of Disney adventures that represent the same awe and inspiration as California, in a mainly Californian setting.
Ok, so I made that up but the California theme is sticking in some places (Hollywoodland, BVS, Condor Flats, The National Park area and PP), its close to being Californian in Carsland, and then there are things like Ariels Undersea Adventure that are going to be fun, but not so Californian.
Soooo what exactly in Disney's new California Adventure is going to be in reference to California?
is that a serious question?
