A Doctor Who Attraction in Tomorrowland?

I haven't given the idea much thought and have not done much brainstorming at all but would any Disneylanders aside from myself like to see a Doctor Who attraction in Tomorrowland? Do you think it would thematically? I haven't decided what kind of attraction it could be but I was thinking it could go in the Magic Eye Theatre, in the current location (or in) the Carousel Theatre, or even possibly on the PeopleMover tracks. So after rambling all of the above material, I suppose my main question is would you like to see the attraction or would you like the Imagineers to try to fill the spaces stated with something else? Thanks for reading!

As much as would love to see a Doctor Who attraction in general, I'm not sure how it would fit in with Tomorrowland. Mildly fascinated by the idea though, if you come up with something more in depth I'll be sure to weigh in.

    I wouldn't mind a 3-d film.

As much as I LOVE Doctor Who, I really don't think it's the best fit for Disneyland. Too gritty and real for the fantasy, sugar-coated experience that is Disneyland.

Why not the England pavilion at Epcot - that'd be a better fit (IMHO)

I was thinking that it could be sort of like a 21st century makeover of Rocket to the Moon where instead of taking a trip to the moon you can be on the TARDIS and you can take a trip through space.

I personally think that these two rooms look very similar and I think it could make some sort of good ride! What do you guys think?

Doctor Who themed ride; brilliant idea!
Doctor Who themed ride in Tomorrowland; not such a brilliant idea.

Doctor Who is so thematically the antithesis of Tomorrowland and Disneyland in general. Not to mention the BBC and Disney only have a casual business relationship with shows like Lizzie McGuire showing on BBC kids' TV. Perhaps if the rights could be worked out, in another park.

It's similar to the reason why the Alien Encounter (although a brilliant attraction, almost soiled my pants) didn't work well over on the East Coast. Not that I'm saying the current Tomorrowland is working well... but that's another discussion.
