Maybe because removing it adds nothing of value to the park and nobody wants to ask for the budget to rip it all out and repair all the damage that would cause.

It works in reverse, Mr. Liver.

Surely not to be confused with Knott's Motor Cycle Chase attraction from the Roaring Twenties area from the 1970s:

I rode one on a trip to Guangzhou, China. I didn't have a problem with it...but yea, Disney would need to find a way to just plus it THAT much more than any normal ride, and I'm just talking about the train chassis themselves.

Yeah, I didn't find it terribly bad, but it certainly isn't the most comforable seat. I'm sure if Disney did a version they would concentrate a lot of attention on that as they like to accomodate a wide variety of guests confortably.

Hmmmm, what if they converted the Starcade into Flynn's arcade but not as a real arcade but as the queue area for a new Tron attraction that would be put on to the Peoplemover tracks?........You somehow get digitized into the Tron world and find yourself in the upstairs portion of the Starcade and you load along that long, windowed portion of the track??
"Trap Toad will they? HA HA NEVER!"

    You asked:

    Because Mr. Liver said:

    And I responded:

    But then Uncle Bob noted:

    And when I said:

I was meaning that Uncle Bob's logic in why my response to Mr. Liver's statement was false works for Mr. Liver's statement too.

    That was fun.

So TRON Legacy belongs in the parks and Alice doesn't? Aren't they both made from Walt Disney Pictures, Both in 3D?

I don't get how Disney can build a ride in the late 50's about Alice and it be perfectly fine but in 2010 they can't. I am against randomly throwing every movie possible in the parks but if it fits, then it fits.

I'm sure they will someday reuse that track, but it won't be for the Peoplemover. At least not as you knew the Peoplemover.

    Well .. that's why I am saying - Peoplemover 2.0

I don't think anyone is asking for a return of 1967 original.

The idea .. is a whole new design. Perhaps with some added gimmick. (ie - make it spin, pitch, onboard visual system, etc.)

It's been 10 whopping years Disney. A decade.

    Get on with it!

    Enough procrastination.

There ARE plans in the works for a number of TRON related rides, one of which uses the Peoplemover track...

Sure. Add a character or movie tie in and you got yourself a ride.

With the way Disney operates these days .... that's a reasonable assumption!
