    The Disneyland Mountains Meal!

    Hiya,

I was just thinking about the four Disneyland mountains while I was eating dinner... and I imagined what they would look like as food. I decided a four-course meal could be created- one for each mountain. Post your ideas of your meals!
    Mine is:
Course one would be Space Mountain... I'm really open to suggestions on this one.
Course two would be Splash Mountain, consisting of slices of steak stacked on top of each other to resemble the mountain, topped by broccoli to symbolize the grass.
Course three would be Big Thunder Mountain, consisting of a heap of mashed sweet potatoes shaped to look like the mountain. I'm not really sure what else
Course four (dessert) would be the Matterhorn, which is made of brownies stacked on top of each other. They would be topped by a scoop of ice cream, and some whipped cream to create the tip of the mountain.

    Thoughts? =D

The matterhorn is a mountain of oreos. That will suffice for me, thank you very much .

    I like CKelef's idea.
Alternately, have Space Mountain be the appetizer. Maybe a white fondue with two white forks sticking out of it to represent the spires?

    What..?
    i have no idea..

i agree with what Ckelef1 said about Big Thunder being chicken strips! they're good and they look exactly like the mountain as it is with little modification, they just need to be situated and be able to stand up somehow

and even though we all hate Innoventions, just the shape of it could be a nice Creme Brulee.
