Paradise Park and WoC leg room

As Paradise Park continues it's landscaping and get's ready to open up, it seems to me that squeezing 9000 people into that area is going to be quite a project. It looks like the comfort factor in watching this new Disney Spectacular is going to be very low. It seems obvious that guests are going to be required to stand, and for anyone vertically challenged, it's going to be tough to get a clear picture of what's going on in front of you. I understand that some of the fountains are going to be quite high, but when you're packed in like sardines, that's not going to matter. It looks like those lucky enough to get a spot against a railing will have the best spot for viewing, but for the masses within the mass, the experience might be less than optimal. Kind of like traveling Economy to watch a show in First Class. I'm basing these comments on my less than pleasurable experiences watching Fantasmic. I'll be visiting DLR in September (the week after Labor Day), so it'll be interesting to see how much crowd control has learned over the summer.

Well there are tiers and I assume the tiers are slightly raked.

    Paradise Pier?

We'll just have to see how the view area goes.

the first couple months they will have to see how everything works out and im sure they will make changes to the crowd control as they see how it all works out.

I've been concerned about the same thing. I've also had less than desirable Fantasmic experiences, which can really ruin the whole show. I hope they work out the bugs, as the idea of standing in place for hours with small kids does not seem to be very magical to me!

This is why i plan on standing FOR SURE. If i just go all the way to the back and stand, im guaranteed a view. Its like Fantasmic!, I just find a good STANDING spot. I never mind standind, and it will probably get me the best view.

We are the corps The Cavaliers,
There is no corps we fear,
We march along and sing this song,
For we know that we never never will go wrong, so
    March onto victory Cavaliers,
As we march on through the years,
We march along and sing this song,
    For we are The Cavaliers.

From the pictures I've seen I really question How are they going to fit 9 thousand people into that area?

Sure seems like it will take A LOT of guest control CM's if they want the rest of PP area traffic to "flow". There's so many side view locations that will get very crowded quickly, at least for opening and summer months.

If rumors are true, they have a ton. Or will have a ton.

Our revels now are ended. These our actors, As I foretold you, were all spirits and Are melted into air, into thin air: And, like the baseless fabric of this vision, The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces, The solemn temples, the great globe itself, Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve And, like this insubstantial pageant faded, Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff As dreams are made on, and our little life Is rounded with a sleep. mycroft16 on Twitter

Parents who shoulder sit their kids will absolutely kill it for alot of people the way that the park vewing areas are setup. Hopefully GC gets it right this time by designating spots in the back for this kind of activity.
