The Forbidden Eye and the Swarm of Spring Break Crowds 3/27/10

I tagged alonged with a friend of mine and we had loads of fun. I arrived at DL around 10:30 and met up with him at PFF which was the first thing we did. We first saw Tiana.

    Then we saw Ariel

And then we saw Cinderella last.

We then headed to IJA to grab FPs for it then we hit EO. We then walked around the Emporium.

    Then we went to Lincoln

Now, i've been reserved on the whole Miley Portrait thing in the exit lobby but now I have photo proof my thoughts on it.

    My tribute to MJ

Insert Fantasmic! Dragon to the pic below.

Re: The Forbidden Eye and the Swarm of Spring Break Crowds 3/27/10

Me and my friend waited for the Musical Chairs at Coke Corner and surprisingly..........

Alice brought me in to play!

At one point, Alice tried to get back in (she was already out by the time of this pic)

So the Mad Hatter had a little tiebraker game. I just decided to opt out since I knew what was going to happen in the final round.

Re: The Forbidden Eye and the Swarm of Spring Break Crowds 3/27/10

After that little game, we then headed to Pixie Hollow since I haven't been there yet since I arrived. When we got in, we first saw Rosetta.

Then we saw Tink and Terence. Terence told Tink that I also knew the importance of having a stachel, refering to my bag.

After that, we headed to IJA where the ride broke down just as we were getting on our jeep. It was the 5th time that day (later on, it would break down 3 more times for a total of 8 breakdowns)

After that we headed to AO to see Aladdin and Jasmine

Around 4:55 we headed into Pixie Hollow again for the closing hour. We were the last two for the day.

We saw Silvermist when we got in.

Terence was still out when we got to Tink

Looks like you had a great day. Will you be competing in the Gumball Rally?

The empty theater will soon see a return of a componet to PFF.

We did get in line but waited until 6 when they closed it to be the last two. The line got shorter before 6.

Surprsingly, our first princess was Jasmine, who we saw at Adventureland 2 hours ago.

    Then we saw Aurora.

The first empty half of the trail

    Then we saw Cinderella last.

Then we breaved through the C! ASP crowds via the backstage route to head to DCA which will be covered in the next part.

Re: The Forbidden Eye and the Swarm of Spring Break Crowds 3/27/10

At DCA, the first thing we did was to eat since we haven't eaten the whole day. We opted for Taste Pilots where we saw what was a guest actually complaining about the prices. I respect the guests opinion, but I feel sorry for the cms there since they have to take the heat for it. The CM that took my order had never heard a complaint like that.

I ordered a chesseburger and a large Coke Zero. Got creative with the pickles.

My Friend then went to secure a spot for DEP while I went on some rides. I was about to on TOT but it had a 45 min wait and the FP's were out. So I went to Bugs land and decided to go on Hemlichs chew train since it's my favorite ride in Bugs land.

Took pics of the Candy Corn while I was waiting to go into the station

Then headed to Paradise Pier. On the way.......

    Great TR, as always.

Taste Pilots is pretty good, especially compared to some of the other places. Generally speaking, I think the food at DCA is better than DL, with some exceptions of course.

    Thanks for sharing.

Great trip report! I love Taste Pilot's, but seeing that picture makes me miss the criss-cut/Waffle fries.
