It would suck to be a CM during an earthquake and having to deal with guests complaining or demanding a refund over something that was waaaaaay beyond their control.

And what if they plan to evacuate the parks and close for the remainder of the day?

Do they ever give a compensation to the guests for when earthquakes occur? Like a discount ticket or a free day ticket or anything like that?

I find it a bit hysterical too ... as news media love drama.

So a quake 108 miles south of Tijuana hits ... Is felt AS FAR NORTH as downtown LA.

If we are making a big enough drama out of this .... then when a bad shaker does hit the area ... will people be able to handle it (?).

I dont blame people for making drama out of earthquakes. You never know where or when one will happen and there's usually a large number of deaths that result. I have a feeling that an earthquake in Mexico is gonna constitute a high death toll.

People will just handle earthquakes the way they do. Of course I am in Indiana and I didnt take the little Illinois earthquake we got two years ago all that seriously. I actually slept through the whole thing. If the magnitude had been bigger I probably would've been dead.

Is it bad of me to agree? The only earthquake I ever experience was a tiny one that occured while I was sleeping. I felt the bed shake but it wasnt any different from when I'm moving around on the bed. I live in a very squeaky house.

I wish I was there. I would've been like "Your leaving already? Oh well, more rides for me!"

LOL. I would be surprised if DL's a ghost town tonight. I would imagine people going back to their hotels and coming back later tonight when things are back to normal.
