Again a lessee is a company that paid space rent to conduct business at the park. There are a few more, try again. I actually worked at all three of these unguessed locations. If you want hints , let me know

2 were located on Main Street and one of those has another location in NO and also used to have one in Fantasyland.

Arribas was right and I would say Bof A is too, but there was another famous lessee on Main Street, they had another location in Adventureland.
