This would have been from Flights of Fantasy, which caused MSEP to go dark in '83 and '84.

All this has happened before, and it will all happen again. But this time it happened in London. It happened on a quiet street in Bloomsbury. That corner house over there is the home of the Darling family. And Peter Pan chose this particular house because there were people here who believed in him.
WOW! that float looks hella dangerous but very cool at the same time. Tell me if i'm wrong but wasn't that parade shipped out to Tokyo Disneyland at some point?

This is really cool! This "Mistress of all Evil" is my fave Disney villain.
Side note: does anyone think it's bizarre that they put Maleficent AND her alter-ego, the Dragon, on the same float? That's like having Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde in the same place. I get that it's more about artistry than accuracy sometimes. Not being critical... I just think it's interesting! I wonder if a dude played her back then like they do now in Fantasmic.
Comparing this costume to the one used in F!, it's possible that a guy was playing Malificent in this parade too unless it was light enough for women to wear.
