No doubt going on the ride at night will be a cool experience.

Wow these are bigger cars than I thought. Yes the car does look like the Michael Schumacher Ferrari.

This is what I was wondering as well.

    Seriously?!

This is what they are giving us? Cars don't have "smiles". This ride fails in my book already.

Re: First Look at Radiator Springs Racers Vehicles

For some reason I thought that the ride vehicles themselves would just be regular cars and not characters, and that the character element would be in the form of animatronics and whatnot throughout the ride.

If the cars have smiles, I assume they're going to need eyes too, but if they're in the windshield like all the cars in the movie, how are riders supposed to see?

Yes, it's going to be a VERY interesting two years.

If there are eyes on the windshield, I'm gonna guess it's some sort of polarized decal so that you can still see thru it.

Never judge a dark ride by it's vehicle. Besides, the ride is based on the movie Cars, in which all motorized transportation units do in fact have faces.

nice, I wanna take a ride in that!

is it in different colors maybe?
And I think for the windshield they could use the transparent as mentioned above, and they could also position it so it doesn't block the view from the riders inside the vehicle.
I guess we'll just wait and see...

    Oh how I love smiles!
