If Comic-Con moved to anaheim in 2013, how would this affect the parks? would it be good or bad?
sorry if this is in the wrong board :P

Disneyland would get a HUGE attendance boost. EPIC WIN
HOtels owuld be booked and it would be more difficult for out of town visitors. EPIC FAIL
Comic-con's moving to Anaheim?
It will NEVER happen

I believe you mean "affect."

(I've never visited Disneyland Resort, Tokyo Disney Resort, Disneyland Resort Paris, nor Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, so don't be fooled when I pretend to know what I'm talking about. [But I'm pretty good with the information, if I do say so myself. And you can hit me all you want with Walt Disney World.])

it would make all the DLR hotels BOOKed solid.that good IMO
Plus, there would probably be an extra 3-5 hot chicks at Disneyland at some point that weekend. Bonus!
It could be a win win for the hotels, but I don't think it will affect Disneyland in July.. They will already be packed. I live in Northen San Diego County and my son and I have gone for the last 9 years, one thing that has happened every year is every hotel from Oceanside to the border is booked for those four days...But I do know from Comic-con insiders that Anaheim is going to get a lot of competition with Los Angeles when and if they leave San Diego.
If Comic-Con moved to Aneheim...how would it effect Disneyland?
We would see a lot more Marvel merchandise in the resort during the summer! We would also see Marvel characters in DCA, perhaps even in DL. And hotel prices would increase considerably during this time.

It'd be nothing but good for the city and the resort.
Bad thing. I would fill up hotel space in peak season with people who would not go to the parks. From experience I can say that once the attendees are in the convention center they will stay there untill they are told to leave. The attendees tend to stay as close to the CON as possible when they do stray from the center. From personal observations, they spend their dime at the CON first, and what ever is left might get spent outside. The Hotels and restraunts will do good business, but would it be any better than what they normaly do? I think not. Disney might see some business afterward, but historically speaking a lot of the attendees are pretty much tapped out by the end of the Con.
