    Quickie Ticket Question

I currently own a 5 day park hopper with this info on the back:

"...This Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Bonus Ticket expires 13 days after the first day of use..."

The first day of use was Sunday, May 23.

Do I count this as "day 1" when counting to expiration? If so, then "day 13" is Friday, June 4.
Or do I start counting AFTER the day of first use, with "day 1" as Monday, May 24, and "day 13" as Saturday, June 5th?

And is it use-able on "day 13"? Or is "day 13" the first day that I cannot use it?

So I guess in short, the question is WHAT DAYS THIS WEEK IS THE FREAKING TICKET GOOD FOR?

ARG. This is much more complicated than being an AP holder! I miss those days!

    Re: Quickie Ticket Question

You count it the day you first used it.

Yes, you can use it on the 13th day

Okay, that means I can used it Friday but not Saturday. Anyone care to confirm just in case?

    ETA: And thank you asianbma!

13 days AFTER first use. Should be valid on the 5th.

Yep. This is the correct answer. The key word is AFTER. So you actually get 14 days total.

    keyword: after

So the next day (May 24) is when it starts the 13 days (should be valid on June 5)

Edit: Looks like CMHusband beat me to it.

    Re: Quickie Ticket Question

so first use day was "day zero", and the 5th is the "13th day", which is still use-able? that's goooood! Saturday it issss!

I am a mathy person and tend to get overly caught up in these details. For instance, many mathematicians start counting with 1 and consider that the basis of natural numbers N, but computer scientists start with 0! I prefer to start with zero, but I had no clue how Disney counted!

Thank you guys! I am going to take your word for it!

I'm pretty sure he purchased it
and wanted to know his time span on using it.

I would say they are good for 14 days. They are good for 13 days AFTER the first day. 13 days AFTER day 1. 14 days.

Same as what you're saying, in the end.
