This method is also done at the beer truck in the pacific wharf. With the parade route tore up, I would guess that they would install the pipes. When these walls move back in march, I hope to see that area go behind walls so that it opens with the rest of the dining area in may.

There is a discussion about the beer cart on this page:

Actually I meant to correct that when it was put out earlier.....The kegs for the pacific wharf beer truck are inside the truck and not in any building. The inside of the truck is refrigerated and has hoses running from all the kegs out to the taps. If you look on the other(left) side of the truck you can see that there are locked doors that access it. And let me tell you this....it smells of a brewery in there big time.

Like a brewery or like a stinky dive bar? Breweries actually smell amazing. At least I think they do. :-)

I refuse to answer that on the grounds that the DLR is an absolutely perfectly clean resort that would never smell like a dive bar

I was hoping for more from the Little Mermaid building. If the side is any indication, I don't have much hope. I hope someone was right when they said they didn't want attention to be drawn to the building just from its side, but it just looks so bland and with a boring paint scheme that I hope more is done to it.

I agree. I used to work Custodial there.... it was always beautiful and spotless on stage and backstage "Nobody does it better"

insider and i were both replying with a sense of sarcasm to say the least. If you've ever been backstage on days what the park is over capacity (see new years every year) for guest control purposes, they put up large amounts of Walls to cover up anything that would strike guests as dirty of sloppy. For instance all trash packers or break areas are walled up. they dont want guests to see cm's sitting down. And God forbid they see or smell trash. (but in all honesty i get it its bad show) But yes, i was being sarcastic. I saw many "unmagical" things while working there. But for the most part, we did a good job, and they still do a good job today. Many guest dont think twice about littering. And if you havent seen the trash after pyro is canceled.....people camped out all hours, it gets windy, and than it gets canceled. the last thing they want to do is throw away their trash. Same goes for when F! gets canceled due to rain. than youre dealing with people that leave their blankets and mats on the ground soaking wet with soda and food spilled on top of them.....at least guests cant camp out in the WOC viewing area. Thats gotta be a much easier cleanup.

So it appears that the true Paradise Pier dead ends are right at SSS and at the Boardwalk Shops. Cramped! It also feels very cramped at the park entrance gates, as well as along the parade route by the BVS walls. Love it!

I am always amazed at how they can keep the park so clean. That said, I did hate seeing the backstage areas so easily from the park.

I make a point of thanking the custodians every now and then.

Sidenote: If I wanted to post a few artsy-fartsy photos from my visit yesterday, would this thread be semi-acceptable or should I make my own thread? I'd guess my own thread, but just wanted to double check.

People, The white arches haven't even been connected. (TLM side-wall)

I wonder if there will be any concept art for the Maliboomer helix park, (or whatever it's supposed to be called) when BSC gets it's update. It'll be interesting to see how it will all be adjusted inside.
