That looks like a lot of fun, very colorful. Thanks for sharing.
All this has happened before, and it will all happen again. But this time it happened in London. It happened on a quiet street in Bloomsbury. That corner house over there is the home of the Darling family. And Peter Pan chose this particular house because there were people here who believed in him.
Great video, though I can't really figure out the point to this. Its like they want to make it a "night" venue but it just doesn't fit the area.
I do like the lighting though, its great if it had a purpose.
I went Friday night. It was like a huge street party. The place was crowded, and everyone was dancing. They even sell beer, and pretty strong drinks too! Not to mention the system. It kicked *** and sounded pretty darn clean.
They set up go go boxes all over the street where they had the Disney dancers, and they also have a DJ on top of a VW bus. Obviously, he was faking the funk, because the mixes were prerecorded but a lot of people seemed to think he was mixing. lol
It was really cool to see the fireworks go off right behind the DJ. It seemed like it was planned that way.
I was really surprised by the music, obviously very commercial, but they played Daft Punk, Stardust, Ludacris, Madonna, etc. It almost seemed like a rave with the very few underground tunes they did played.
Now, if DCA would only do what Disneyland Paris did and bring in Tiesto during Glow Fest would be amazing. IMO, they could set up the stage right in front of the Hyperion Theater facing the backlot. It would be amazing!
