So question, I'm sure this has been asked before but im not sure of the answer. Does my whole family have to stand in line for fast passes if we have little ones with us? How long did the line take to get your passes?

No they don't, but they all have to be in the park. They actually tell you in the line to give the passes to one person in your party to make it quicker. Of course, not everybody does this. If people would the line would most likely go faster and not be so long.

I would give the passes to one person in your group and the others can go enjoy other things while they were waiting.

I got in line about 9:30, they started letting people in at about 9:45 and I had the passes by 10:15. So probably 30-45 minutes or so. But the line is CONSTANTLY moving.

Just FYI, I was just going on to book our picnic for the 25th (Friday) and it looks like all picnic packages are sold out until next Tuesday.

So if you want to get them, get them early!!!

    So interesting development:

Going to book our picnics for the 25th, noticed 2 things.

    A) The Picnics have gone up $2 since last Thursday to $14.99.

    B) It looks like only SoCal people can book the package now as I'm recieving this error. Odd thing is, I live in SoCal. I have already contacted Disney to see what the deal is.

The following items in your cart are only available to Southern California residents.

6/25/2010 World of Color Picnic - The Mediterranean Vegetarian, 6/25/2010 World of Color Picnic - The European Antipasto, and 6/25/2010 World of Color Picnic - The All American

Great trip report! Thanks for the picnic info
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Order for the 25th finally went through.

Oh, and the $14.99 price is before AP discount. $12.99 after discount.

I live outside of California and was able to order picnic meals with no problem.

Thanks for your trip report Gregg. Lisa and I went Thursday to see the premier by winning a trivia contest on the Disney parks blog and had a spot in blue that was a the way in the back and closest to the bridge. We could see all just fine but could not see the lower lasers due to not really being able to see the face of the water across the full stage, but hey- it was the premier!

Me and the kids went Saturday and had the WCT dining for the 2nd show (excellent viewing location), and got fastpasses (yellow) for the 3rd show. We actually did see both shows Saturday! The 3rd show we decided to try the boardwalk. Glad we brought the $0.88 walmart ponchos!
